The purpose of the contract for medical services is to make available certain medical services to its students at the Provider’s location, Lander University Student Health Services, as well as via telehealth. The Provider will serve as Medical Director for the Lander University Wellness Center and will approve all standing orders. Lander University employs the Provider to perform the following medical services stated at the all-inclusive fee to be determined: o Office visit with physician o One follow-up visit with physician per student per incident o Hemoglobin o Urinalysis o Wet prep o Blood sugar o Rapid strep Other services including other laboratory tests, radiology, supplies and drugs administered by the Provider are the financial responsibility of the individual patient. The ideal provider will provide: o evening and/or weekend appointments o telehealth appointments o on site care in Health Services at least twice monthly o provide a topical wellness day at least once per semester o same day or next day appointments
