The Office of State Procurement (OSP) on behalf of the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority (SC Housing) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide as the Master Servicer for the Single-Family Mortgage Loan originated under the Single-Family Mortgage Programs offered by SC Housing (collectively hereinafter all various programs shall be referred to as the "Program") and as specified in this solicitation. The servicing provided will be in accordance with a Servicing and Sale Agreement (“Servicing Agreement”) that the selected Servicer will need to execute by and between SC Housing and the selected Servicer any definitive Program agreements, the Indentures issued by SC Housing, and all applicable laws, regulations and rules.
