The School District of Greenville County is seeking SEALED FIXED PRICE BIDS for Mass Notification/Intercom Systems and Associated Equipment for Greenville County Schools in accordance with the Specifications and Terms and Conditions contained in this solicitation. This solicitation establishes the requirements for providing equipment, installation, repairs, programming, maintenance, and related services for the District's Intercom, Paging, Mass Notification, Classroom Audio and Area of Refuge systems. Further details are provided in the Scope of Work section. District staff will coordinate with awarded vendors on an “as-needed” basis. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the responsibilities listed in this RFP and any future authorized, amended documents related to this solicitation. Telecor Intercom/Paging, Mass Notification and Area of Refuge Systems (This is the current District Wide system that is in use) -T2XL and ESeries Intercom/Mass Notification systems -ESurecom Area of Refuge systems 2. Audio Enhancement classroom amplification and notification system -EPIC Intercom/Paging and Mass Notification System 3. Alertus Mass Notification System. 1. Purpose This Scope of Work (SOW) establishes requirements for providing equipment, installation, repairs, programming, maintenance, and related services for the District’s Intercom, Paging, Mass Notification, Classroom Audio, and Area of Refuge systems.
