Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (the "Authority") invites the submission of qualifications and proposals for a Real Estate Planning Consultant with demonstrated skills as a leader in planning and visioning for the development or redevelopment of major convention centers, hotels, entertainment centers, and mixed-use urban projects. The successful Real Estate Planning Consultant will specialize and regularly practice in the area of convention centers, hotels, entertainment centers and mixed-used urban projects and will have successfully worked and completed real estate planning projects in these areas which have included many of the following components: retail, restaurants, hotels, entertainment, food and beverage, parking, convention and meeting space.
