Specifications include, but are not limited to: Install Quest Electric Latch Retraction (QEL), 3.1.1 Two (2) Exit Device, part# QEL 3347A-EO US26D 3.1.2 Six (6) Exit Device, part# QEL 3347-A-EO ER-ADJ10 US26D 3.1.3 Eight (8) Door Cords, part # TSB-C and necessary supplies 3.1.4 Pricing for all parts should be provided in Bidding Schedule Line 1, remove existing eight (8) Von Duprin concealed vertical rods and replace with new electric latch retractions, 3.2.1 Remove existing mag locks and fill in holes as needed. 3.2.2 Existing trim will remain. Painting is not needed. 3.2.3 Offeror will work with GSAH IT Technician to ensure access control works properly 3.2.4 Pricing for all services should be provided in Bidding Schedule Line 2.
