1.Scope: Provide the necessary labor, equipment and supplies to apply two (2) coats of paint to the interior walls, ceiling, and trim of each building as specified herein. Provide total cost per building to complete the project scope as defined in the project narrative and attached floorplans, to include, but not limited to business license cost, insurance, transportation, equipment, material, labor, profit, etc. Lander University recommends an interested bidding contractor schedule a site visit prior to preparing their competitive bid and verify building dimensions. 2.The Lide Housing Complex consists of the following: i. Five (05) separate, 3-story wooden framed buildings. ii. There are 12, 4-occupant 2-bedroom 1 bath, kitchen and living room apartments per building. iii. Each building is approximately 7500 square feet that should be field verified. iv. The apartments are a mixture of carpet and LVT flooring that will need to be protected. All light fixtures, smoke detectors, horn strobes, cabinetry and HVAC units will need to be protected. v. Lander University is providing floorplan for each building for your convenience. Lander University has prepared the floor plans in good faith.
