Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists, in general, of site development, construction and associated infrastructure for a 5,650.00 gross square foot evidence building for Laurens County. The building will be a concrete slab on grade, wood stud and CMU wall construction with a wood truss roof. Interior finishes will include painted gypsum board, painted metal decking, acoustical tile ceilings and VCT flooring with rubber base. Exterior finishes will include painted cement board siding, stone veneer, and shingle roofing. The building will have complete HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems including fire alarm system and access controls system rough-in. Site work will include site grading, installation of utilities, asphalt paved parking and drive, and miscellaneous concrete slabs.
