For the purposes of this contract, the pricing provided in Section VIII, Bid Schedule will include the following services: 1. Turf cutting 2. Blowing 3. Lawn edging and/or landscape edging installation 4. Hedge clipping 5. Leaf removal 6. Tree pruning 7. Litter control 8. Emergency clean-up 9. Storm clean-up assistance 10. Placement of pine straw, mulch, or wood chips 11. Weed control 12. Annual and perennial plant maintenance and planting 13. Irrigation System (Includes Controllers) Maintenance and Installation 14. Landscape repair, replacement, or addition. 15. Seeding and Sod Placement 16. Erosion Control, Drainage Improvements and Site Stabilization 17. Land Clearing Landscape Grading and Excavation work (Non-Construction) 18. Riprap, river rock, and/or stone installations 19. Tree removal or tree planting 20. Herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizer, lime, and other treatments 21. Aeration 22. Topsoil dressing and leveling 23. Stump and/or root grinding 24. Forestry mulching 25. Brush cutting and bush hog services 26. Hardscape, sidewalks, and brickwork 27. Autonomous mower maintenance and installation. 28. Landscape Lighting 29. Fountains and Water Features, Underwater Lighting – Maintenance and Repairs
