Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor must be permitted by DHEC to accept waste and the permit must be in good standing. A copy of this permit must be included with the submission of the proposal. Copies of the last 12 months DHEC landfill inspection reports must be submitted with bid. 2. Landfill must accept waste as outlined below. Acceptable waste for class two landfills for the Solid Waste Landfill and Stuctural Fill. Waste must be covered per DHEC regulations. 3. Access to and in the landfill (dump area) must be navigable, free of debris, and any other material that could cause damage, delays, and obstruction to City employees or its vehicles. 4. Waiting time for incoming and existing City trucks must not exceed fifteen (15) minutes. 5. Facility shall be open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This is to include all holidays excluding Christmas and Thanksgiving Day.
