Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit sealed proposals to provide library books in both print and digital formats. The contract will include, but not be limited to providing library books on an as-needed basis as well as opening day collections for new schools. Books in digital format will be purchased on an as needed basis as well. The School Board will consider any range of proposals that will meet the needs outlined in this proposal and reserves the right to award to multiple vendors for print books only, digital format books only or a combination of the two. Vendors responding to this request for proposal must be responsible offerors, regularly and practically engaged in providing the goods and services listed in this request for proposal and must possess necessary resources for fulfilling the contract established as a result of this request for proposal.
