Areas for cleaning shall include student classrooms, professional offices, breakrooms, and public restrooms. Service shall be performed primarily during the hours listed above. 1. Empty all trash cans and replace can liners. 2. Remove trash from building to appropriate area. All trash shall be disposed of in the outside dumpster. 3. Collect all materials marked “Trash”. 4. Clean all glass on all entryways. 5. Sweep and mop all tiled areas with disinfectant cleaner to include restrooms, lobby area, etc. 6. Vacuum office areas (spot cleaning daily and vacuum thoroughly once a week preferably Friday’s). 7. Wipe surfaces such as file cabinets, tables, chairs if needed. 8. Dust chairs, desks, tables, counters, and furniture. 9. Clean break room surfaces to include microwaves. 10. Replenish all restroom supplies such as liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels as needed 11. Clean, disinfect, and deodorize all restroom countertops, urinals, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures 12. Clean/dust all areas where cobwebs tend to develop. Cobwebs shall be removed from the full height of the bay ceilings. This shall be done on an as needed basis. Duster heads with extension poles can be used. 13. Sweep outside entrances to remove all soil, litter, dirt, trash, or debris. 14. Clean, disinfect, and deodorize all restroom countertops, urinals, toilets, mirrors and fixtures. 15. Refill soap, toilet paper, and paper towel dispensers as needed.
