Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work and specifications were developed and approved by the English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Department and Special Education Services department. The requirements are listed in a later section of this document. Bidders shall not contact the ESOL Department or Special Education Services regarding this solicitation. The District has established a preset maximum cost per hour for these services that it shall pay to responsible and responsive bidders. The District shall be advised of, and may take advantage of, any bidders offered price structure that is equal to or lower than the preset maximum Fixed Price(s) designated in this solicitation. The District is not required to use any offered reduced pricing, but shall purchase in the Districts best interest. The maximum Fixed Price(s) includes all costs to provide the services as noted in the Program Specifications section of this solicitation. The District shall not accept any undisclosed or hidden costs.
