Specifications include, but are not limited to:Rock Hill School District Three has approximately 17,800 students. It is the largest of four school districts in York County; 11th largest in South Carolina. Additional information about the District is available at www.rock-hill.k12.sc.us. 2.PURPOSE Rock Hill School District wishes to establish a relationship with a vender or vendors to replace and maintain our existing classroom sound and/or our intercom systems. This solicitation and the specifications that follow are being offered to qualify and select a vendor or multiple vendors to provide a functionally complete and cost-effective solution for the District. If selected the vendor(s) may be chosen to maintain all facets of our infrastructure, including, but not limited to: subscriber equipment, software and firmware updates, system documentation compliance, and removal of outdated equipment (servers, speakers, wiring, etc…). All equipment and infrastructure shall be non-proprietary and owned by the Rock Hill School District including but not limited to servers, switches, speakers, panels.
