Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1Contractor shall recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise all commissary employees. Staffing shall be adequate to meet all conditions and specifications of this Contract. At a minimum,there shall be two (2) full-time employeesof the Contractor on site at the SACDCwhose hours equal forty (40) hoursper weekper personand whose schedules coincide with each other.1.2All contracted employees must pass a background check performed by SACDC Security personnel. Security will require a completed Security/Employment Background Verification form(Appendix D)and a clean photo copy of a valid photo identification card. After the background checks havebeen completed, Security (via Contracts Manager) will notify the Contractor of approval or denial in writing. No employee of the Contractor will be allowed inside the facility without Security clearance. The SACDCreserves the right to prevent anyone from entering this facility without cause or explanation. The SACDCreserves the right to temporarily or permanently revoke any contract employee’s security clearance to the facility and confiscate their facility ID badge at any time without cause or explanation.1.2.1SACDCwill issue facility ID badges to a reasonable number of contract employees. Employees assigned solely to this site may be allowed to retain their ID badges in their possession or may be required to leave them in the lobby upon exiting the building. This determination shall be made by the Security Commander.1.2.2SACDC requires annual Security Clearancerenewal of all contracted employeethat will work at the SACDC. Security requires all employees of the contractor to provide a completeSecurity/Employment Background Verification form(Appendix D) along with a clean photo copy of a valid photo identification card. This information will be submitted to the contracted supervisor. The contracted supervisor shall submit the completed forms to the Contracts Manager.1.2.3SACDC requires annual medical screenings, e.g. Tuberculosis testing, drug screenings, etc. for all employees. The Contractor will be responsible for testing all their employees and for providing verification of the results to the Contract Manager at the SACDC. Verification of medical screening results will be submitted with Security Clearance renewals on an annual basis. The cost associated with the required medical screenings will be provided at no cost to the SACDC.1.3The Contractor will be responsible for immediately notifying the Contract Manager at the SACDC if a contracted employee is terminated, resigned or transferred within the contracted company. The Contractor will be responsible for returning all contracted employee’s identification key card to the Contracts Manager.
