Specifications include, but are not limited to: The School District of Greenville County seeks services for the establishment and management of an Impact Leadership Program that provides services and coursework for participant completion of the Masters or Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for coordinating the program in collaboration with Greenville County Schools (GCS). The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Admissions Process: Implement and manage the admissions process for the Educational Leadership Cohort. Ensure compliance with the Institute of Higher Education’s (IHE) admission requirements. Facilitate the selection process for the tuition-assisted cohort based on specified criteria. Allow for early admission for cohort planning purposes and support dates and timelines that meet GCS purposes. Cohort Management and Coordination Organize and oversee the cohort of 15-20 GCS participants throughout the program. Coordinate educational programs at the graduate level with demonstrated experience in doing so Coordinate between GCS and the IHE for curriculum delivery, ensuring alignment with National Educational Leadership Preparation (NELP) standards. Monitor participant progress and address any issues or concerns. Distinctive Cohort Attributes Support a high level of engagement and input from GCS to include an advisory board for input on curriculum and learning activities. Allow for participant learning opportunities through multiple modalities based on the needs and preferences of GCS and the cohort members. (mix of hybrid/asynchronous learning) Partner with GCS for inclusion of a mix of full time and visiting faculty of GCS internal instructors for relevant coursework. Timeline Management: Develop and maintain a timeline for key program milestones, including admissions, additional candidate selection, coursework and program completion with the flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed to meet the needs of GCS. Ensure timely communication and coordination between the IHE and GCS during the entire program duration. Financial Management: Manage financial aspects related to tuition assistance, including participant payment coordination and invoicing. Track and report financial transactions associated with the program.
