The State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA) Division of Procurement Services (DPS), Office of State Procurement (OSP) on behalf of SCDE’s VirtualSC program, the state virtual school program of South Carolina, seeks a Software as a Service (SaaS) video hosting and delivery platform to serve course videos, public videos, and other embedded videos (System). The video hosting solution will seamlessly embed into Moodle courses hosted through OpenLMS, include a public video portal, and the possess the ability to embed videos on external websites. The selected vendor must employ or lease professionally trained staff with 24-hour availability to assist with technical issues, maintenance, upgrades and support with no disruption to the System. This provider must provide optimal performance and include all services and technical specifications listed in Part 3 Scope of Work/Specifications below.
