Branding a. project a professional and progressive visual message for a forward-thinking Fire and Emergency Medical Services organization b. focus on recruitment of operational volunteer firefighters c. target Horry County, SC residents to be Operational Firefighters, primarily in the 18 to 40-year-old range 2. Creative Advertising Design and Implementation a. campaign must highlight the following: HCFR Service to the Community Life-saving and Customer Service provided by Recruited Members HCFR Commitment to Diversity b. video and audio scripts/production suitable for television, radio and social media c. graphics for use in formats such as recruitment posters, banners, print advertisements, billboards, kiosks and vehicle wraps d. additional printed marketing materials 3. Provide on-call project-specific services as needed 4. Other elements to be determined 5. Upon successful contract negotiation(s) the selected agency: a. will be expected to submit the elements above, including recommendations for implementation, including timelines and cost estimates b. will be required to prepare and submit written reports to the HCFR Project Manager, along with monthly invoices
