Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Graphic Design Services to The Citadel for a one year period with option to renew for four additional one year periods. It is the intent of South Carolina Materials Management (MMO) to solicit proposals on behalf of The Citadel, The MilitaryCollege of South Carolina (The Citadel) from marketing, communications and graphic design agencies to Provide GraphicDesign Services for The Citadel in accordance with all requirements stated herein.The Citadel is seeking the professional services of a qualified marketing, communications or graphic design agency to work asa collaborative partner with the college and its contracted vendors in the development, implementation and evaluation ofmaterials that will promote The Citadel as a top-quality education provider for undergraduate and graduate level programsregionally, nationally and internationally.This Request for Proposal solicits proven comprehensive graphic design services supporting institutional brand marketing andcreative services as follows:1) In partnership with the Office of External Affairs, promote a national brand, including market-relevant creativeexecution of the brand2) integrate the brand messaging across all aspects of the higher education marketing program3) develop and deliver appropriate creative materials for marketing, public relations and promotional programs4) provide reliable counsel on design executions based on The Citadel s business goals and industry best practices5) develop and deploy electronic and printed (hard copy) campaign-related material as directed by the Office of ExternalAffairs6) assist in the production of the annual official magazine of the college (titled The Citadel) and other collateral materialas directed and approved7) provide virtual storage, password protected access and the ability to share The Citadel s visual assets to appropriatelyidentified partners and constituents8) provide web development graphic design support as directed and approved
