The South Carolina Forestry Commission (SCFC) is seeking the professional services of a qualified grant management firm to provide comprehensive grant administration and subrecipient monitoring services for federally funded forestry assistance provided to SCFC. The selected firm will support SCFC in fulfilling federal grant compliance and administrative responsibilities associated with the following grants: 1.      FY25 Natural Disaster and Recovery Supplemental Funding for 2022, 2023, and 2024 Events - The award amount is $2,772,069, and the federal award period of performance is July 3, 2025 through July 2, 2030. 2.      The Cooperative Forest Assistance Act’s Consolidated Payment Grant (CPG) 2025 grant - The award amount is $293,000, and the federal award period of performance is September 2, 2025 through September 1, 2030. Specifications: Scope of Work: Grant Management and Subrecipient Monitoring Services Tasks and Responsibilities: A. General Grant Management (Both Programs) The contractor shall: Assist SCFC in ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state grant regulations, including but not limited to 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance). Maintain organized records for all grant-related documents and assist the Urban and Community Forestry Coordinator to ensure timely submission of reports and documentation to federal and state agencies. Provide support for financial tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of grant funds. Develop and maintain internal systems and tracking tools for project performance and deliverables. Consult with and assist SCFC on the development of grant narratives, budgets, and end of year reporting. B. Subrecipient Monitoring (Both Programs)
