In addition to services and repairs of electrical generators, this contract will include the rental, delivery, and complete setup of emergency electrical generators. ROUTINE SERVICE CALL A “Routine Service Call” is defined as work of a non-emergency nature that is beyond the scope of what is performed under the District’s Preventative Maintenance Program. This will include tasks which are identified by the Contractor or by an authorized District representative that may be performed on a non-emergency basis between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday without compromising the reliability of the Emergency Power System. Contractor will provide to the Coordinator of Maintenance a written cost estimate of recommended repairs whereby the Coordinator of Maintenance will direct the contractor if and when repairs are to be made. Without written pre-approval from the Coordinator of Maintenance or his designee, invoices for non-emergency repair will not be honored by the District.
