Lancaster County is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to receive qualifications from experienced General Contractors for the delivery of all necessary construction, materials, labor, equipment, professional services and overall full range of construction services to support the implementation of the “Lancaster County Regional Park” project. General Contractors are invited to submit Qualifications to support the knowledge and capacity of a large scale construction project. The project information included in this RFQ Submittal is preliminary in nature. There is no work guaranteed as a result of being shortlisted or top-ranked through this solicitation. Any and all subcontractors shall be approved by the County.
