1. Equipment Specifications: o The Generator must be a new, unused Generac Mobile Diesel Generator Set, Model #MLG8K. o Must meet or exceed the current manufacturer specifications at the time of delivery. o All standard accessories and features included by the manufacturer shall be provided. 2. Delivery Requirements: o Unit shall be delivered fully assembled and operational. o Delivery shall be made to 405 E Arch Street during normal business hours, unless otherwise approved. o The vendor shall coordinate delivery date and time with the City at least five (5) business days in advance. 3. Documentation: o Provide all manufacturer warranties, manuals, and maintenance schedules at the time of delivery. o Provide a bill of sale and itemized invoice including all applicable taxes, shipping, delivery costs, and related fees. 4. Training (if applicable): o Provide on-site familiarization and basic operational training for City staff upon delivery. 5. Compliance: o All equipment shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. o The vendor shall be responsible for any permits, certifications, or inspections required prior to or at the time of delivery
