To Collect and dispose of garbage on a weekly basis of up to four (4) bags of garbage per household. All garbage collected under this contract will be taken to a landfill qualified to accept household garbage and dispose of it in accordance with the laws and ordinance for the County of Kershaw, State of South Carolina and the United States of America. The trash collected here under shall be bagged, household garbage only. If the contractor requires the use of a roll cart, the contractor shall use a compliant roll cart provided by the resident or make a compliant roll cart available to the resident to rent from the Contractor. The rental agreement shall be negotiated by the contractor and the resident. The contractor shall provide trucks compliant with all SCDOT regulations for garbage pick-up, including safety lighting requirements.
