1.1 Maintain operations at all times including air movement, truck and auto traffic. 1.2 Remove and replace 10 existing air handler units in the airside of the terminal building in concourses A and B. 1.3 Remove and replace the exterior louvers and wall panels at each mechanical room to allow access to remove the existing equipment and install the new. Restore the exterior wall and louver (at interior wall infill with metal stud, insulation and cement board) to original condition once AHU installation is complete. 1.4 Due to the limited access to the mechanical rooms after removal of the exterior wall louvers, the existing units will need to be broken down for removal and the new units may require disassembly and reassembly for installation. 1.5 Contractor to always maintain a secure work area. 1.6 The facility design/construction is to meet or exceed the quality and finish of the existing facility. 1.7 An allowance of $125,000 is to be carried by the Contractor to address unforeseen conditions if encountered. 1.8 Badging for staff will be required. 1.9 Return all site amenities to pre-construction condition.
