The Consultant will be tasked with identifying enhancements to facilities and infrastructure and will develop a comprehensive ten-year master plan to implement the suggested recommendations. Complete a comprehensive space and program examination of each school system facility, inventory interior and exterior spaces, and assess current and future educational goals. Identify gaps and deficiencies. Study areas for improvement. Plan for future growth. Review Fixture, Furnishing and Equipment compliance. Develop recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and optimize space utilization, supporting the educational and student support services and programs. The District expects the successful Consultant to assist with the evaluation of the data in the plan and to review District needs with staff and school community stakeholders. Information evaluated will include student populations and site capacity, facility conditions, and planning for the housing of instruction, special programs, administrative and support facilities. The ultimate goal is to prioritize needs and identify the costs associated with modernizing, renovating, or adding facilities, as well as the expenses of bringing technology infrastructure up to the current standards used in comparable new school construction over the next ten (10) years. The District will coordinate the work of the Consultant team and schedule all community engagement.
