Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of the Information Technology Management Office on behalf of the University of South Carolina and Clemson University to solicit bids to obtain qualified contractors to provide professional services to assist both institutions in the next phase of its Oracle PeopleSoft ERP implementation project in accordance with all the requirements stated in this solicitation. Both Universities seeks to establish a Fixed Price Bid contract to establish rates for Oracle PeopleSoft ERP consultants. Consultants will provide project leadership, training, change management and implementation functional / technical support of the Oracle PeopleSoft ERP project. Needs include, but are not limited to the Finance, Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Payroll, and Data Warehouse/Reporting/Analytics.
