Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of the Information Technology Management Office to establish a Fixed Price Bid contract to establish rates for Banner ERP consultants. This Fixed Price Bid (FPB) is being issued as a Multi-Agency Statewide Term Contract and is for the procurement of Banner ERP consultant services. The University of South Carolina will be the States first customer to use this FPB. After award, other governmental bodies and public procurement units may elect to join this contract by contacting the procurement Officer named on the front of this solicitation. It is the intent of the Information Technology Management Office on behalf of the University of South Carolina to solicit bids to obtain qualified contractors to provide professional services to assist the University Technology Services (UTS) in the next phase of its SunGard Banner ERP implementation project in accordance with all the requirements stated in this solicitation. The University seeks to establish a fixed price contract to provide leadership and programming services as related to the implementation needs of its Banners ERP system. These needs include, but are not limited to, the Student, Admissions, Financial Aid, Accounts Receivables, Finance, Human Resources/Payroll, and Luminis modules, Data Warehouse and Degree Works.
