1. The Offer must provide written narrative responses to each of the proposal requirements in Section III Scope of Work/Specifications. Offerors shall explain the method used to meet each requirement. 2. Specify any site requirements for the proposed food service, including, but not limited to space, environment (temperature, humidity, etc.), electrical telecommunications, and like requirements not currently available. Requirements later identified as necessary to support the proposed operations which are not specified in the proposal will become the responsibility of the successful Offeror, including any additional costs attributable thereto. 3. Describe the facilities to be operated, including an assessment of how the services will be provided. 4. Describe the resources required to efficiently handle a food operation of this size and scope. 5. Describe your company’s approach to accommodate/respond to the College growth of other campuses.
