The project will include, but will not be limited to, all necessary site preparation, the conversion of 2 tennis courts into 4 pickleball courts, installation of 4 sets of permanent nets, anchor and post, replacement of old fencing with new fencing, benches, pour a concrete slab, the construction of a community pavilion fashioned with picnic tables, improved lighting, landscaping, a walkway, and added parking spaces. This project is being funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and all pertinent federal regulations will apply to this contract. The successful engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: 1.
