SCDOR is requesting an independent surveying/assessment solution that must have a secure web-based assessment infrastructure that manages completion and results which must include: Anonymity guarantee SCDOR will provide an organizational chart for demographic metrics only. Awarded vendor will ensure anonymity is within their own system, so that all resulting reports to SCDOR will be anonymous. The organizational chart will only be used to determine filters for survey results (manager, employee, supervisor, etc.). For groups with less than 4 participants (respondents who complete the survey) in any particular organization level, the results will be rounded up a level until at least 4 participants results are grouped, ensuring anonymity in even small sections. Awarded vendor must be able to provide comparable industry benchmarks to SCDOR functionality. The survey methodology must be based on extensive research & analysis, and provide comparable industry benchmarks for all survey results. Please provide information regarding Bidder’s industry benchmark information/database. Using artificial intelligence, replicate the analysis of experienced consultants to diagnose and summarize the most urgent issues. Measure the degree to which SCDOR has a culture that motivates, empowers, challenges and respects employees. Identify barriers to growth or strategy execution.
