CCU is seeking proposals from qualified firms for services to assist with the design and implementation of a comprehensive employee engagement survey for all University employees. The successful vendor will also furnish detailed survey results and recommendations grounded in best practice and supported by industry data/trends. The purpose of the survey is to measure employee engagement, attitudes, perceptions, and commitment level towards the institution, leadership, their roles, and the constituents they serve in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The engagement survey results will provide a baseline for future comparisons, to measure and drive improvements and changes in engagement and organizational culture, and to inform and further develop strategies for training and development. The successful vendor will partner with CCU in determining final survey requirements, interpreting results, and may be required to participate in presentations to leadership and employees at the University. An award will be made to the highest ranked firm that demonstrates experience and expertise in designing, conducting, analyzing, and communicating employee engagement survey results, proposes reasonable fees, and meets the requirements of the RFP. Survey and Implementation Cadence: The vendor will: • Design and administer a comprehensive employee engagement survey in Years 1 and 3. • Provide detailed analysis, reporting, and recommendations following each survey. • Provide consulting or implementation support in Years 2, 4, and 5 only as requested by the University.
