Horry-Georgetown Technical College is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) that will assist employees and their household members in accordance with all requirements stated herein. HGTC currently uses LifeServices who has been our provider for several years. During the contractual periods, HGTC and the EAP provider will have the option to change the services to improve the program. The employee assistance program (EAP) services shall be designed to address the following employee and/or management concerns: 1. Overall employee health and well-being by providing employees with the tools and resources needed to improve their mental and emotional health and work/life balance; 2. Provide unlimited hours of free professional consultation services to assist with planning for or responding to sudden personal or community traumatic events such as workplace violence, crimes, domestic violence, or death; 3. Provide on-site services to assist management and employees after traumatic events; 4. Enhanced employee productivity in the workplace; and, 5. Assist employees and household members with a variety of individual, couple, and family services
