• Provide regular maintenance for eighteen (18) District generators annually as specified. Services include batteries and battery charger, engine cooling system, genset controls and accessories, power connections, fuel system, intake and exhaust systems, engine and lubrication system, operational and functional review of generator critical components, lubrication oil and filtration service, transfer switchgear, and system operational tests. Provide inspection reports within two (2) weeks of inspections. The checklist for each maintenance inspection, generator information, and locations are located under specifications. • Provide a two (2) hour loadbank test at 100% output for each generator once a year. Provide a comprehensive report that shows at a minimum: KW load, AC voltage, Hertz, oil pressure, amperage rating, voltage tested, additional notes/ comments, etc. These tests must occur during summer break (mid-June through July) and be scheduled through our Assistant Director of Maintenance. Note: The load bank testing shall be included in your base bid. • Bid prices submitted shall be inclusive of all costs that the bidder expects the District to pay. The bidder’s prices bid shall include all materials, shipping, delivery (F.O.B), handling, installation, training, warranty, as stated in RFQ, to complete the services that are requested. Bids that show prices subject to change or that are not F.O.B. destination will not be considered. • The District reserves the right to add to, or take away from, the scope of work without extending the terms and conditions of the contract period and to meet the needs of the District through the RFQ process, from SC State Contract, and/or any other sources without limitation.
