Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a term contract for preventive maintenance and repairs of elevators to be performed on a year round basis at the following locations: 1. Pepper Geddings Recreation Center, 3205 Oak Street, Myrtle Beach SC 2. Crabtree Memorial Gymnasium, 1004 Crabtree Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC 3. Grand Park Towers at Field 1-3, 1011 Crabtree Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC; Offeror shall: A. Furnish consumable supplies such as rags, cleaning materials, solvents, rope, preservatives, oil, grease and other lubricants necessary to clean and lubricate the equipment as required. B. When required or necessary, adjust, repair or replace solid-state controls and circuit boards and provide programming as needed. Repair or replace as required, machine, motor, generator and controller parts, including generator, worm gears, thrusts, bearings, brake magnet coils, brake shoes, brushes, windings, commutators, armature coils, contacts, resistance units, magnet frames, sheaves, shafts, bearings, plungers, pumping plants, tanks, piping, operating valves and all other mechanical parts. C. Lubricate guide rails and, when necessary, repair or renew car guide shoes. Counter-weight guide shoes and adjust or replace belts and when necessary, equalize the tension on all hoisting ropes; renew, when necessary all wire rope cables, and repair or replace conductor trail cables; replace fuses and indicator bulbs in operating panels, stations and indicators; renew, when necessary, wiring for shaftway door interlocks, and for push button and cat operating stations.
