The City of Hanahan wishes to procure from a single vendor an electronic security system, which encompasses both security cameras and access control at locations as shown below in this document. The City of Hanahan may provide network switching at locations to facilitate on demand viewing and download needs of the system as needed. Installers will be required to provide (and/or reuse) any and all cabling, electrical, accessories, housing, and additional components to achieve a fully operational system. Currently, the city utilizes a mixture of technology for access control and video. It is the desire of the city to fully remove the existing technology footprint and replace it with new card readers, door locking hardware, access control panels, power supplies and other key components which encompass a fully functional access control platform. It is also the desire of the city to fully replace the existing video surveillance solution. All cameras, network video recorders and other associated hardware shall be provided by the awarded installer. Bidders are encouraged to utilize current equipment if feasible
