The Colleton County School District (CCSD) is seeking competitive bids for an educational reading intervention subscription and classroom kits for MTSS level 2 instruction in schools with ATSI_Disabled designations for the 2025-2026 fiscal year with an option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms. These research-based, teacher-friendly materials will improve phonetic awareness, implement explicit and systematic instruction with engaging and interactive instruction with scalability and versatility, and support the district's educational objectives, serving students from Kindergarten through Grade 3. The bid must also include a full day, in-person phonemic awareness professional learning opportunity for teachers. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a qualified vendor to provide high-quality, grade-appropriate subscriptions and classroom library sets that include decodables, alphabet cards, sound wall cards, manipulatives such as spell tabs and word-building tools, and a oneday, in-person phonemic awareness professional learning opportunity for teachers, that aligns with CCSD’s curriculum standards and foster a love for reading.
