Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified, interested firms or persons are invited and encouraged to submit competitive, sealed proposals, including statements of interest, qualifications and experience to the Town of Mount Pleasant's (Town) Procurement Division for purchase of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. Offerors should demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional and technical capabilities to provide an ERP solution that meets the Town’s needs. The Town requires that any proposal for an ERP solution also include professional services necessary to implement the system. The Town will consider all deployment options, including SaaS, hosted solutions, or on-premise solutions. The functional scope for this project includes budgeting, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, business licenses, cashiering, capital projects, and general ledger. Currently the Town uses several software solutions to meet these needs. It is the intent of the Town to integrate its multiple solutions into a single integrated ERP software package.
