Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Charleston seeks qualified vendors to install an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The City’s current ERP application, based on the CentralSquare platform, needs to be updated. The City is using the upgrade process as an opportunity to explore other ERP products and services as well as implement best business practices. The City has selected Collaborative Solutions as the implementation partner that will assist the City with Workday ERP software. This RFP is to provide the internal project manager position. The City’s Project Manager is supported by multiple Process Improvement Teams (PIT) Crews. Each PIT consist of City stakeholders representing various stages of a functional process. For example, the Payroll PIT Crew consists of payroll staff, timekeeping staff, managers, and ad-hoc employees. A Steering Committee provides guidance about City policies and assists the City Project Manager with project scope and project budget management.
