Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of State Procurement (OSP) seeks to establish fixed price contracts for consultants in support of Ellucian’s enterprise resource planning software, “Banner by Ellucian” and “Colleague by Ellucian”, and related program management services. The contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation are for the use of institutions of higher education and local political subdivisions in South Carolina. South Carolina State University and the South Carolina Technical College System are serving as the lead Using Governmental Units. . Contractors shall furnish all labor, resources, and materials necessary to provide leadership and programming services as related to institutions’ needs of its Banner ERP system and student programs. These needs include, but are not limited to: the Student, Admissions, Financial Aid, Accounts Receivables, Cashiering, Workflow, Portal, and Reporting modules. The general scope of work shall be as follows: Contractor shall provide consultants in support of Ellucian’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, “Banner by Ellucian” (hereafter “Banner”) and “Colleague by Ellucian” (hereafter “Colleague”) and related program management services (collectively hereafter called Ellucian ERP Services). Ellucian ERP Services shall be provided as needed by different entities and based on a State established Statement of Work unique to each specific project. If necessary, modifications to the Statement of Work shall be mutually agreed upon prior to performance. There are currently no projects planned for use through awarded contracts. Upon determining a need, UGUs shall reach out to one of the more of the awarded contractors to secure services. Initial contact may be to evaluate services, which may occur by requesting pricing, resumes, insurance information, and other items to evaluate contractors for suitability. Once a decision has been made by the UGU, there shall be agreement about the project’s scope of work and a purchase order completed. The Using Governmental Unit shall assign a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for each project. The COR may be changed at any time by the UGU without prior notice to the contractor and without modification to the contract. The responsibilities and limitations of the COR are as follows:
