Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: Verification of citizenship status, etc. See attachment: Solicitation Attachments, Description of the agency need that this procurement fulfills: Will provide the agency with access for verification services through the Department of Homeland Security's Save program. Description of supplies, construction, information technology, and/or services vendor will provide under the contract: This is a federal verification program for validating documents and is the federal option to check these documents against the information held by the Federal government. Explain why the described solution is the only solution that meets the agency's need and how no other identified solutions were sufficient. The Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) is a program managed by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a branch of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
