Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of South Carolina, Information Technology Management Office (ITMO), on behalf Winthrop University is seeking proposals that offer a Data Warehousing and Reporting System (DWRS) for University databases that will utilize the Universitys recently implemented Ellucian Banner ERP software. The State intends to enter into an agreement with an offeror that specializes in data warehouse and reporting systems (DWRS) that meets or exceeds the requirements herein and is in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Request for Proposal.The intention is to use this system as the source for a central data depository and for system reporting needs. This system will be used to support a more efficient, accurate, consistent and comprehensive strategy for extracting, analyzing and reporting on data from all critical business systems, with special emphasis on this Ellucian Banner ERP system currently in use for Student Administration, Human Resources, and Finance.
