Specifications include, but are not limited to: In collaboration with CLEMSON, the Contractor shall successfully design and implement a centralized, enterprise data management technology solution to be supported by the associated EDM strategy and SDU to prepare CLEMSON for maximizing the value and impact of its forthcoming cloud ERP implementation. Additionally, the Contractor will develop recommendations for how best to incorporate the technology solution into the business processes of the SDU as well as develop thorough and easy-to-understand training materials. As CLEMSON stands up the EDM SDU, the Contractor may be assisted by those individuals. Both centralized and decentralized stakeholders are expected to be impacted by this work and engaging these individuals will be instrumental to achieving buy-in and accelerating adoption
