SC Dept. of Corrections is seeking Radiation Monitoring Badges to measure radiation exposure for our Medical Services Department (X-Ray and Dental). Badges must meet or exceed all Federal and State Regulations. Badges must be checked quarterly, and all reports must be available either in paper format or online. Badges must be unaffected by Heat, Moisture and Pressure. Badges must be exchanged every quarter. Monitored for the year. Vendor must have physics consultants on staff that provide consultative services. Vendor must submit a quarterly report named the Occupational Radiation Exposure Report or the Monthly Dose Report.
