Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing contracted security officer services. The Contractor shall furnish security services consisting of a specified number of uniformed, trained, armed, unarmed, and enhanced unarmed security officers to protect Charleston County facilities and grounds. Please see Security Guard Master Roster (available as a separate download). The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, supplies, and equipment (i.e., radios at the various facilities and sites). Station logs and incident reports shall be maintained at all times by security personnel reporting all unusual occurrences and building deficiencies. The County requests Automated Incident Report Writing Utilities from the Contractor and expects a Building Tour, Security Tour System be in place for larger facilities with multiple occupants. All station logs will be provided to the County’s Facilities Department Point of Contact, On-Site Facility Manager and/or designee, and our Public Safety Department upon request.
