Specifications include, but are not limited to: The School District of Greenville County invites responsible firms or individuals tosubmit a sealed proposal to provide Consolidated District Bank Services in accordancewith the requirements of this solicitation. The program will be awarded as one (1) lot inthe best interest of the District, to one (1) proposer at the discretion of the District andshall encompass all of the requirements of the solicitation. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the responsibilities in the sectionentitled "Scope of Work". It is the intent of the District to have one (1) provider for theConsolidated District Bank Services program requirements pursuant to this solicitation.The successful proposer is expected to fulfill all duties as directed by the Superintendentor designee whether noted or in addition to this solicitation. If the awarded proposer isunable to provide services at any point, in the opinion of the District, the District reservesthe right to secure services from other sources as needed to meet District requirements.This action shall not be grounds for contract controversy.The Scope of Work has been developed in conjunction with the District s BusinessServices Department.The School District of Greenville County is located in the Upstate of South Carolina withapproximately 70,000 students. The District consists of more than 100 schools, careercenters and other facilities. The District pays more than 9,000 employees on each semi-monthly payroll and processes more than 325 vendor payments per week
