A. ENGINEERING a) Update Georgetown County’s Stormwater Management Ordinance. b) Update Georgetown County’s Stormwater Design Manual. c) Update and modify the Georgetown County Stormwater Management Plan.d) Update Illicit Discharge High Priority Area Map and Monitoring Plan in accordance with the County’s MS4 Permit. e) Implement TMDL Watershed Monitoring Plan and update in accordance with the County’s MS4 Permit requirements. f) Provide oversight on sampling, monitoring, and analysis, as required by the County’s MS4 Permit. g) Provide NPDES Permit Compliance Assistance to the County for their MS4 Permit Requirements. h) Provide support to the Georgetown County Construction Site Plan Review Program. i) Provide grant opportunities for projects that will assist the County in meeting the MS4 Permit Requirements. j) Assist the County with SCDES Audit of MS4 Program. k) Provide preliminary engineering report, study, design, permits, and construction administration services for all MS4 Permit Projects. l) When required, meet with County representatives and others to perform such public relations functions as may be mutually agreed upon. B. OTHER SERVICES a) Professional management throughout all phases of the project shall be required including, but not limited to, periodic progress reports/meetings, proper processing of invoices for services, timely processing of project correspondence, and contractor requests for payment and submittals. b) All documentation/specifications shall be prepared utilizing a current version of Microsoft Word for Windows unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer. In addition to hard copy, all documentation/specifications should be provided in electronic format utilizing the current version of Microsoft Word format. c) All design documents shall be stamped or sealed, and signed by a professional engineer who is registered in South Carolina. In addition to providing hard copies, pictures will be submitted in a standard digital format such as .JPEG, .TIF, or .BMP. Scheduling a master Microsoft project critical path schedule will be created for the any project activities. The schedule will be updated monthly and an electronic copy submitted to the County Department of Public Services. d) Funding: Provide advice and recommendations on funding / grant opportunities.
