The Project includes the following Work: Project is located in the City of Clemson, SC and work will include but will not necessarily be limited to, the streetscape improvements along College Ave from Sloan Street to Old Greenville Highway, new hardscape around the new Clemson Information Building, and restriping of Sloan Street to reverse the direction in conjunction with restriping College Ave in front of the Sloan Street and College Ave intersection. Improvements will consist of new concrete sidewalk along College Ave, grading and hardscape improvements around the new Clemson Information Building and Addison Lane, stormwater and utility improvements, landscaping, and all other associated activities as detailed in the construction plans.
