The City of Clemson is seeking qualified consultants to assist the City with the administration and management of its ongoing Federal Transit Administration (FTA) federal grant program and funds in FTA’s Transit Awards Management System (TRAMS), including administration of current FTA transit grants for the City and its sub-recipients, newly awarded but not yet approved FTA transit grants, and close-out and consolidation of completed grants. The City may seek additional optional services from the consultant related to other FTA program requirements and compliance, such Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Title VI, Triennial Review, National Transit Database (NTD), Procurement, Transit Asset Management (TAM), and other programs.
