Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Westminster is seeking to replace its current municipal enterprise-reporting platform (ERP). The city currently has 45 full-time employees of which five would be full-time users based on the existing systems utilization. It is expected that there may be as many as ten concurrent users for the intended system. The City of Westminster currently has a population of 2,500 residents. The city also provides services for adjacent communities increasing the services population to 10,000. In providing utility services to these residents the city currently utilizes approximately 3,200 water meters, 1,500 sewer services and 1,400 electric meters in over 3,000 service locations.
