The School District of Greenville County (District) invites responsible firms to submit sealed proposals to provide a comprehensive Chromebook Management System in accordance with the specifications contained in this solicitation. The District seeks a scalable solution capable of managing approximately 80,000 student devices and associated accessories across approximately 90 school sites. The proposed system should support device inventory, assignment, fee tracking, reporting, and integration with existing District systems, including Google Workspace for Education, PowerSchool, and Active Directory (or equivalent identity management solutions). The selected vendor will provide a solution, inclusive of all required licensing, implementation, data migration, configuration, integration, and training. The District may request a three to five-school pilot program to determine if the product is a suitable solution and to expand the program Districtwide. Key Functional Requirements: The proposed solution should include, but not be limited to, the following core capabilities: 1. Comprehensive Asset Management o Inventory and inventory management of Chromebooks, accessories (chargers, cases), and related devices. o Support for asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, deployment, assignment, repair, and retirement. o Ability to associate each asset with funding source, purchase order, and both hardware and software warranty details. o Support for grouping assets by student, staff, classroom, cart, or site. 2. Check-In / Check-Out Management o Streamlined process for assigning and returning Chromebooks. o Barcode or QR code scanning support. o Option for digital signature capture during issuance and return. o Offline functionality via mobile or handheld app. 3.
